Projects & Deposits
To begin a project with Bēon Studio, a 50% deposit is required, unless we agree on a different arrangement at the time. This deposit secures your place in our schedule and allows us to start work with intention.

Please note, deposits are non-refundable, even if a project is cancelled or changed. The remaining balance is due once the project is complete, unless otherwise agreed.

Agreements & Contracts
All projects with Bēon Studio are governed by these Terms & Conditions and confirmed via a project agreement, proposal, or written confirmation. This ensures both parties have a clear understanding of scope, timelines, deliverables, and payment terms

Project Management & Changes
We reserve the right to discuss, adjust, or pause a project if necessary. Any significant changes to timelines, scope, or deliverables will be communicated clearly. Collaboration and clarity are important to us, and we will always keep you informed.

All content created, published, or shared by Bēon Studio — including images, text, design elements, and downloadable resources — is protected by copyright.
